Six killed, nine injured in collision
Anand, Dec 28 (UNI) Six people, five of them relatives, were killed and nine injured when the tempo in which they were travelling overturned after colliding with a cycle near Parvata village on the Nadiad-Dakor road late last night.
While five died on the spot, the other succumbed to his injuries in a hospital in Karamsad.
The tempo driver was also killed in the accident.
All the passengers were returning after attending the engagement ceremony of a relative in Kheda.
The dead have been identified as Arvind Vaghela and his son Hrithik, Kiran Harijan, Maganbhai Harijan and his wife Madhuben, and Yusuf Pathan, the driver.
