Infosys to announce Q3 results on January 11

Bangalore Dec 28 (UNI) Infosys Technologies Limited, a world leader in consulting and information technology services, would announce results for its third quarter ending December 31, 2006 on January 11, 2007.

The results would also be available on the Infosys web-site, www.infosys.com, Infosys said in a release here.

Following the release, Infosys CEO and Managing Director, Nandan M. Nilekani, President, COO and Joint Managing Director S Gopalakrishnan and CFO V Balakrishnan and other members of senior management would comment on the company's performance.

This would be telecast by CNBC-TV 18 to its viewers as a part of its ''Boardroom'' series direct from Bangalore at 1030 hrs on that day.

Highlights of the results will be made available to mobile phone users in India through SMS. To access highlights using SMS. seekers of the results should 'R Infosys' (R space Infosys ) or 'Results Infosys' (Results space Infosys ) and send it to number 2622.

Results on SMS will be available after 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 11, 2007.

On that day the company would conduct an hour-long conference call at 1400 hrs, where senior management would discuss the company's performance and answer questions from participants.
