Centre conspiring to impose President's rule in UP in Jan: SP
Faizabad, Dec 28 (UNI) The ruling Samajwadi Party in Uttar Pradesh today alleged the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government at the centre was hatching a conspiracy to impose President's rule in the state by January 10, 2007.
Addressing party's youth wing training camp here, SP general secretary and UP Development Council chairman Amar Singh claimed the Congress, BJP and BSP had joined the hands as part of the conspiracy.
''UP is lagging in development due to the hurdles created by the centre for the SP regime in the state,'' he maintained.
Mr Singh noted that Congress, BJP and BSP had a common minimum programme to dislodge the SP regime in the state, so that they could ''plunder'' UP.
