Vallabh Steel to foray into realty business

New Delhi, Dec 26 (UNI) Vallabh Steels Ltd, a manufacturer of galvanised pipes, sheets and other discrete components, today announced plans to foray into real estate business.

''The Board of Directors decided to amend the Memorandum of Association of the company by including an enabling clause in other objects so as to decide in future to diversify into real estate business,'' a company statement said.

The decision is subject to the approval of shareholders by way of passing the special resolution through postal ballot.
