SHOs suspended in Digvijay convoy case

Ujjain, MP, Dec 26 (UNI) The state government today suspended two Station House Officers (SHOs) after the convoy of All India Congress Committee General Secretary and former Madhya Pradesh chief minister Digvijay Singh was stopped yesterday.

The incident occurred when Mr Singh was en route to a function here.

''Dewas Gate SHO R R Malviya and his Kotwali counterpart B L Swarnkar were suspended for carelessness,'' said Inspector-General (Ujjain Range) Anil Kumar.
