Lupin to end promotion agreement with US-based Chester Valley

New Delhi, Dec 26 (UNI) Lupin Ltd today said it has decided to terminate the agreement with United States-based Chester Valley Pharmaceuticals to promote Atopiclair Non-steroidal Cream to pediatricians.

The company's US-based subsidiary Lupin Pharmaceuticals Inc had entered into the agreement with Chester Valley in March 2006.

''Both parties have now mutually agreed to end the agreement and to independently pursue their respective business plans,'' a company statement said.
