LAGOS, Dec 26 (Reuters) - Fourteen people were killed and 30 critically injured today when a fuel pipeline exploded in Lagos after it was broken open by thieves, the Red Cross said.

Hundreds of people went to scoop fuel from the pipeline after thieves puntured it overnight at Abule Egba, a heavily populated area of Nigeria's largest city, said Red Cross Secretary General Abiodun Orebiyi.
