Illicit liquor costing Rs 65 lakh seized

Azamgarh, Dec 26: Police claims to have seized illicit liquorworth Rs 65 lakh with the arrest of four bootleggers in Azamgarhdistrict.

According to police, acting on the information yesterday, copsreached the Kotwali police station area. Seeing the police, themiscreants tried to flew the coop but cops traced them and nabbedGurutej Singh, Rajesh Yadav, Ram Vriksha Yadav and Lal Chandra Yadav.

Meanwhile, interrogation was on.
