five killed, one injured in a road accident

West Midnapur, Dec 26(UNI) At least five people were killed and one seriously injuried in a road accident today.

Police said the incident took place when the vehicle, in which they were travelling, collided head-on with a lorry near Debra on NH 6.

Five people died on the spot while the injured was rushed to the nearby hospital.

Police said the victims were residents of Howrah. They were returning from Puri after a vacation.
