Amtek Auto to declare a dividend of 100 per cent

Mumbai, Dec 26 (UNI) Amtek Auto Ltd has decided to give a dividend of 100 per cent for the year ended June 30 this year as recommended by its directors.

It informed BSE that the members at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held today, have considered and adopted the audited Balance Sheet as on June 30, the profit and loss account for the year and the Directors and Auditors Report thereon. Rajiv Thakur was re-appointed as a director of the company.

Appointment of Manoj Mohan&Associates, Chartered Accountants, to hold office for a year from the conclusion of 20th Annual General Meeting of the company.
