Alumeco India appoints Kamal Kumar as additional director

Mumbai, Dec 26 (UNI) Alumeco India Extrusion Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the company has approved the appointment of Kamal Kumar as additional director of the company with effect from December 13.

Also, the company has informed BSE that the winding up petition filed against company by one of the company's creditor M/s Pankaj Aluminium Industries Pvt Ltd (PAIL) was dismissed by the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, since both the parties made out of court settlement.
