Unidentified persons loot shop, rob laptops worth Rs 5.71 lakh

Surat, Dec 25 (UNI) Unidentified persons have looted a shop in Nanpura area here and stolen computer accessories worth Rs 5.71 lakh.

Chowk Bazaar police today said the robbers broke open Peripheral Computers, situated in President Plaza at Nanpura area, yesterday and decamped with 12 laptops, four pen drives, some MP3s and a digital camera worth Rs 5.71 lakh.

A case has been registered and further investigations are on, police added.
