Justice Patwalia resigns from HC bench

Chandigarh, Dec 25 (UNI) Punjab and Haryana High Court Judge Justice P S Patwalia has resigned in order to return to practice at the Supreme Court .

He submitted his resignation today to the HC Chief Justice.

Prior to his elevation to the bench, he was a senior advocate at the High Court here.

He is the son of former Supreme Court, Judge, Kuldip Singh, who is now the Chairman of the Delimitation Commission.
