Christian priest dies in road accident

Shajapur, MP, Dec 25 (UNI) A Christian priest was killed and five people were injured when a jeep collided with a truck at Indore Kota Highway, 94 km from the district headquarters, police said today.

Agar Pushpa Convent School's Father Bainee Adipuram (48), Sister Rosemary, Sister Sizo Jontey, Wilson, Franchiz Kamban and Awad Wilson were going to celebrate Christmas at Ujjain diocese when the incident occurred.

Father Bainee Adipuram died on the spot. Sister Rosemary, Sister Sizo Jontey and Wilson were seriously injured and admitted to hospital in Ujjain, while two other injured were admitted to a hospital in Agar.
