50-hour-long operation ends in Kashmir, three ultras killed
Srinagar, Dec 25 (UNI) The 50-hour-long operation in north Kashmir ended today with the recovery of bodies of three holed-up militants of the Pakistan-based Lashker-e-Toiba (LeT) from the debris of some damaged houses, an Army spokesman said.
An Army Colonel was also killed and three other soldiers wounded in the encounter.
He said three militants have been killed in the encounter so far as the search operation was in progress.
