4 injured as police jeep hits them

Chennai, Dec 25 (UNI) Four persons were injured when a police patrol jeep hit some persons returning after taking part in midnight mass at a church in St Thomas Mount area here in the wee hours today.

According to police the injured were identified as Santhi (43), her son Balaji (15), Carmal (34) and his daughter Reshma (7).

They were admitted to a private hospital.
