Lovers attempt suicide after parents marriage refusal

Hyderabad, Dec 24 (UNI) Love birds, who wanted to end thier life as their parents rejects to get marriage today climbed a five-floor apartment and threatened to jump from there.

Police said Sairam (20) and Jarena (18), belonged to Illandu town of Khammam district came to the city this morning to meet their friends at an apartment. They reached to the top of apartment and threatened to commit suicide by jumping.

Based on the information, police entered the scene and started convincing them that they will arrange marriage even as their parents rejected.

After getting assurance from the police, the lovers came down from the apartment. Police registered case against the two lovers and arrested.

Ms Jarena was married three months ago, whose parents had not agreed to get marriage with her lover. Both of them were classmates from Intermediate-level.
