Special team formed to investigate into murder of Software Engineer

Bangalore, Dec 23 (UNI) A special team has been formed to probe the murder of a Software Engineer whose body was found near a lake on the outskirts of the city yesterday.

Police said today that Mr Adhitya Lahari, a native of Vishakapatnam in Andhra Pradesh and working in ITPL here, was found strangulated with his personal belongings stolen.

The culprits had robbed his car, watch, gold ring and mobile phone from Mr Lahari. The car was later found abandoned by the police.

The body was kept in Bowring Hospital after postmortem.
