INLD to hold protest marches against Hooda govt

Chandigarh, Dec 23 (UNI) Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) will organise protest marches in all the District Headquarters of the state from January nine to January 17 in protest against the ''failure'' of the Hooda government on all fronts.

The decision was taken at the state INLD executive and Political Affairs Committee (PAC) meeting chaired by INLD Chief Om Parkash Chautala at New Delhi today, a party spokesman said.

''The common man is reeling under rampant corruption, deteriorating law and order, scarcity of water and electricity, rising prices of essential commodities,'' he said.

The protest demonstrations would be organised and memorandums would be addressed to the Governor through respective District Commissioners.
