Arjun Singh cancels TN visit

Chennai, Dec 23 (UNI) Union Human Resource Development Minister Arjun Singh has cancelled his proposed visit to the city on December 25.

An official release said the Tamil Nadu Government had organised a felicitation on the day for according classical status to Tamil and implementing reservation for OBCs.

The function was deferred due to cancellation of Mr Singh's visit, it added.
