5 held in flesh trade racket

Shivpuri(MP), Dec 23 (UNI) The police have busted a flesh trade racket and arrested five women.

The arrested were also chaged with forcing a minor girl from Bhopal into prostitution.

The arrests were made yesterday after the girl's father informed the police about his daughter being entraped in the prostitution racket run by one Seema.

Police said the girl, while travelling by train from Bhopal to Ganjbasoda few months ago, was abducted by two youths Vickky Bedia and Devu, who took her to Shivpuri, where she was sold to Seema for Rs 40,000.

The girl, who resisted attempts to force her into the flesh trade, ultimately gave in after being tortured by Seema. Through a customer, the girl informed her parents about her plight.
