Tally launches new version of its accounting package

Bangalore, Dec 22 (UNI) Leading accounting software product company Tally solutions today launched the world's most powerful concurrent multi-lingual integrated Business Accounting Software --Tally 9.

Speaking at the launch, Tally managing Director Bharat Goenka told newsmen here that the latest version had an object oriented database which was the technology of the future. ''Tally 9 will help increase the pace of computerisation in B and C towns in the country with small town businesses maintain their books easily and reliably on the computer without worrying about technology or language'' he added.

With over two million customers across the world, Tally Solutions has presence in 90 countries.

From a simple business accounting solution, Tally has now moved into a multiple product service provider for various business verticals and users he said adding that Tally 9 enabled faster data transfer and was capable of handling large volumes of data.
