Sharda Jain, five others get life sentence in Atmaram murder case

New Delhi, Dec 22 (UNI) Main accused in the 2002 Atmaram Gupta murder case Sharda Jain and five others, convicted yesterday, were today awarded life imprisonment by a city court.

Three policemen found guilty of destruction of evidence in the case were also sentenced to three years rigorous imprisonment by the court.

Additional Sessions Judge Bharat Parashar also slapped a fine of Rs 35,000 on three accused held under the Arms Act.
