Saraswat Co-op Bank's HR Conference on Dec 24

Mumbai, Dec 22: The Saraswat Co-operative Bank Ltd, India's largest Co-operative bank has organised a Human Resource Conference at NSE ground, Goregaon, North east Mumbai on December 24, 2006.

Considering the added importance to the Human capital in the 21st century, the conference will go a long way in enriching the Human capital and integrating it with the organisation's mission of reaching the business goal of Rs 25,000 crore by 2011, a release issued by the Bank here today said.

The conference will be attended by all the 2000-plus employees of the Bank from various parts of the country. This is perhaps the first time in the Banking industry where the entire Board of Directors, senior executive members and all the employees of any bank will come together for deliberating on the business strategies and initiatives of the Bank, the release added.
