Panoramic Universal to enter into real estate business

New Delhi, Dec 22 (UNI) Panoramic Universal Ltd will foray into the real estate business either by starting a separate division or incorporating a wholly-owned subsidiary.

''The Board of Directors has approved the company's foray into this business,'' a company statement said today.

The board has also granted its formal approval for entering into project specific joint ventures and special purpose vehicles for certain high value real estate projects.

These projects are to be executed with reputed companies of the sector, it said.
