One gets lifer in murder case

Darbhanga, Dec 22 (UNI) Additional District and Session Judge Avinash Kumar Sinha awarded life imprisonment to Birju Mukhiya in connection with a murder case here yesterday.

The accused and his friend Vinod Sah both had gone to withdraw money from a local bank on January 13, 2004. Vinod Sah did not return to his home and his body was found after two days.

Birju Mukhiya was made named accused in the murder case.
