NTPC says, no affect on power generation by strike

New Delhi, Dec 22 (UNI) State-owned power major NTPC today said its power generation has not been affected due to the strike call given by its executive associations.

''The generation of power at NTPC power stations is unaffected inspite of the strike call, as few employees are staying away from their duties at some stations,'' a company statement said today.

NTPC management is keeping an eye on the situation to ensure the power generation levels at all its power generating units, it said.
