Kerala Ayurveda Pharmacy to be renamed as Kerala Ayurveda Ltd

New Delhi, Dec 22 (UNI) Kerala Ayurveda Pharmacy Ltd today said it is seeking the approval of its board to be rechristened as Kerala Ayurveda Ltd.

The board of directors of the company will meet on December 29, 2006, to consider the name change.

The board will also approve the notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting and fix the time, date and venue of the meeting.
