Joshi appointed gen secretary of MPCC

Pune, Dec 22 (UNI) All India Congress Committee (AICC) has appointed senior Congress leader, Mohan Joshi as General Secretary of the Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) with immediate effect.

Joshi has held several posts in the party including Observer for the Madhya Pradesh Congress and President of Harijan Sevak Sangh. He was the city unit President for eight years, a party release said.
