Charas, ganja seized in Bettiah

Bettiah, Dec 22 (UNI) A team of customs officials seized 108 kg of ganja and 2 kg of charas at Ganauli Sareh village in West Champaran district last night.

Superintendent of custom department Manmohan Sharma today said contraband ganja and charas were seized during a raid carried out at Ganauli Sareh village. However, the smugglers involved in the racket managed to escape.

" The matter is being investigated to ascertain the gang involved in this racket," he added.
