Over 1,400 golfers to vie for ICICI Bank Pvt Banking Masters

Bangalore, Dec 21 (UNI) More than 1,400 golfers will be seen in action in the second leg of the ICICI Bank Private Banking Masters 2006, to be held at the Eagleton Golf Course on the outskirts of the city from December 23.

The participating golfers in the country's largest invitational corporate golf event were ICICI Bank's Private Banking Division high net worth clients from 17 cities.

The tournament, held in 15 cities in 2005-06, would be held in 17 cities in the 2006-07 series. The series kicked off with the first event at the challenging Rambagh Golf Club in Jaipur, followed by events in Lucknow, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Delhi and Kolkata.

The third leg would be held in Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Dehradun, Coimbatore, Thiruvananthapuram, Belgaum, Baroda and Jamshedpur. The series would conclude with the finals at Amby Valley Golf Course at Lonavala, with two winners from each city going through to the finals, to be held on March 18, 2007.
