KSPGC announces Pravasi award

Kannur, Kerala, Dec 21 (UNI) Kerala State Pravasis and Gulf Returnees Coordination (KSPGC) today announced that fifth Pravasi Bharatheeya, Kerala, award would be presented to 13 people in recognition of their contribution to various sectors.

Organising Committee General Convener I V Prabhakaran told newspersons that the award would be presented at a function here on January 11 by Ministers Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, P K Sreemathy and C Divakaran.

The prominent winners of the award, each carrying a memento, trophy and citation, include Air India CMD Thulasi Das and Hindustan Latex CMD M Ayyappan.
