Court adjourns hearing on RJD MP Sadhu Yadavs bail

Patna, Dec 21 (UNI) Patna High Court today adjourned the hearing on regular bail application of the controversial RJD MP Aniruddh Prasad Yadav alias Sadhu Yadav in a case of forgery and cheating, an off shoot of the multi-crore flood relief scam.

A single bench of the court of Justice Mridula Sinha fixed January 4 as the next date of hearing.

Meanwhile, the vigilance filed a counter affidavit in this connection and opposed the bail petition of Yadav who had been charged for getting a vehicle in his name through forgery and cheating.
