Chennaiites can now stay in Spanish style villas
Chennai, Dec 21: Chennaiites will get a feel of flamenco and bullfight with the launch of 'Spanish style villas' in the metropolis by 'Alliance Group,' a Bangalore-based real estate developer.
Announcing the launch of 'Bougainvillea,' an upmarket 300-villa project at Porur here, company Chairman and Managing Director Manoj Namburu said the plot sizes of the villas in the fully-secured gated community would range from 2000 sq ft to 3500 sq ft in three to five bedroom configurations.
The cost of the villas, which are in 12 types, range from Rs 65 lakh to Rs two crore.
The Rs 200-crore project would have tastefully-designed Spanish style villas with a fully-equipped clubhouse offering an exclusive and luxurious lifestyle, he said.
The project also include leisure facilities like a swimming pool, gym, a health club with sauna and steam baths, squash and tennis courts, billiards and snooker rooms, children's play area and amenities like grocery store and an ATM.
Mr Namburu said the company also offered a one-year warranty on the homes, offering cover against structural problems, cracks, defects in sanitary fittings, hardware, electrical wiring, paint and plumbing.
Located on the only approach road to the bustling industrial hub of Sriperumbudur that houses MNCs like Nokia, Saint-Gobain, Flextronics and Hyundai, the gated villa project was expected to meet the growing demand for international lifestyle from Chennai's corporate world, he said.
He said the company would also launch a 20-acre integrated township project 'Orchid Springs' at Padi near Annanagar. The project consisted of 1,100 ultra luxury apartments, a 2.5 lakh sqft of software park, a mall and a four-screen multiplex.
Alliance was also set to launch a four million sq ft IT-specific Special Economic Zone near Pallavaram in the city, he added.
