Central Bank launches new schemes

Vijayawada, Dec 21 (UNI) The Central Bank today launched three new schemes - cent home loan plus, cent suvidha scheme and cent smart deposit scheme on the occasion of its 96th founder's day, here today.

According to a bank release, under the cent home loan plus scheme the existing borrowers with clean repayment record for three years could get further loan upto 90 per cent of the repaid principal amount.

The cent suvidha scheme offered the salaried employees with salary account in the bank to avail overdraft facility upto Rs 20,000.

Under the cent smart deposit scheme, the bank will accept deposits with a minimum of Rs 5,000 and in multiples of Rs 1,000 for a period of 15 months with attractive interest rate of 8 per cent, UNI VKR/CS GKT 1836
