Sonia to address Abhar Rally at Dehradun

Dehradun, Dec 18: Congress President Sonia Gandhi will address 'Abhar Rally' rally here on December 27.

Uttaranchal Pradesh Congress Committee General Secretary Dhirendra Pratap today said that the 'Abhar Rally'was being organised in the state to celebrate the changing of the state's name from Uttaranchal to Uttarakhand by Parliament.
