POTA court rejects plea for reinvestigation in Haren Pandya case
Ahmedabad, Dec 18 (UNI) A Prevention of Terrorism Act (POTA) court today rejected the application of Vithhalbhai Pandya, demanding a fresh investigation into the murder of his son and former Gujarat Minister Haren Pandya.
Mr Pandya, who had accused Chief Minister Narendra Modi of being the ''hand behind the murder'', has alleged that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) inquiry was a ''cover-up exercise'' and wanted reinvestigation.
However, the court rejected the application.
