Rider Vijay Kumar wins MRF National Supercross Championship here

Kolhapur, Dec 17 (UNI) National competitor C Vijaykumar of TVS Bangalore today won the MRF National Motocross Championship after scoring 37 points in the final round here.

Martin Pedersen of Denmark and Eeshad Lokhande from Pune (Maharashtra) entered second and third with total 32 points and 28 points, respectively.

Rider Arif Ghori, who stood first with 20 points in local group was declared winner of the late rider Sampat Kolee Trophy.

Championship fourth and final round held here was conducted jointly by the Mohite Racing Academy and the Sports Track Pune, in which a total 75 competitors from across the country had participated.
