Postal department to market SBI Mutual Fund

Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, Dec 17 (UNI) The Postal Department has decided to market the State Bank of India Mutual Fund scheme in West Godavari district.

According to a press release, B Gopala Rao, Superintendent of Post Offices, Eluru, has said the Postal Department and State Bank of India(SBI) entered into an agreement to market the fund.

Mr Rao said the postal department had decided to sell greeting cards. The cards had been designed and displayed at various post offices, he added.

He said the department would soon introduce 'Takshanam' (on the spot) scheme in Eluru and Jangareddigudem.
