Police constable among two killed, two injured in Kashmir
Srinagar, Dec 16 (UNI) Two persons, including a Jammu and Kashmir police constable were killed and another wounded in the valley today, an official spokesman said.
He said a head constable T Namgiyal was critically wounded when a a vehicle hit him in the District Police line premises at Kulgam in south Kashmir. The injured was shifted to hospital where he died, the spokesman said, adding the driver has been arrested after a case was registered.
He said one Mohammad Yousuf Khandey was injured seriously when he fell down from a tractor at Nagam today. He later died in the hospital.
One Fayaz Ahmad was injured when a speeding vehicle hit him at Zakoora on the city outskirts. He has been hospitalised.
