State Bank of Patiala hikes deposit rates

Patiala, Dec 13 (UNI) State Bank of Patiala has revised its domestic rate of interest, which are applicable from today.

An official press release issued here said the interest rate for a period of 15 to 45 days have been fixed at five per cent per annum, 46 days to 179 days at 5.50 per cent, 180 days to less than one year at 6.50 per cent, one year to less than three years at 7.50 per cent, three years to less than five years at 7.75 per cent, five years and above at eight per cent per annum.

Senior citizen would get an additional rate of interest of 0.50 percent per annum for deposits on maturity after one year and above.
