Spl train from New Tinsukia to T'puram

Tiruchirapalli, Dec 13 (UNI) The Southern Railway (SR) has announced a pair of Christmas special train between New Tinsukia (Assam) and Thiruvanathapuram and vice versa to clear the extra rush of passengers in view of the coming Christhmas festival.

According to an official release from SR here today, the special train will leave New Tinsukia at 2345 hrs on December 18 and reach Tiruvananthapuram at 1315 hrs on December 22. While returning the special train will leave Thiruvananthapuram at 1030 hrs on January 2, and arive New Tinsukia at 2330 hrs on January 5.

The special train from New Tinsukia will pass through Dimapur, New Bongaigaon, New Jalpaiguri, Kishanganj, Malda town, Durgapur, Asansol, Tatanagar, Kharagpur, Bhubaneswar, Khurda Road, Berhampur, Vijayawada, Chennai Egmore, Villupuram, Tiruchirapalli, Dindigul, Madurai, Tirunelveli, Nagarcoil to reach Tiruvananthapuram, the release added.
