Large number of human skeletons found in Mathura

Mathura, Dec 13 (UNI) A large number of human skeletons were found in Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh today.

According to SSP Prashant Kumar, the Railway Manager (Agra Division) had ordered for the establishment of a garden behind the GRP office near Old Washing Line area.

The skeletons were recovered this morning when the beautification work was on in the garden.

Mr Kumar said Masta, who was engaged in carrying bodies, used to bury unclaimed corpses in the ground behind the GRP office after autopsy.

Meanwhile, the skeletons have been buried on the same ground and City Magistrate Shailendra Kumar Singh has ordered a probe into the matter.
