Britannia Ind ties with biz group of Middle East

Mumbai, Dec 13: Britannia Industries Ltd has entered into an agreement in principle with a reputable business group in the Middle East, in connection with the acquisition of an equity interest in two of the group's Bakery Business.

The Britania Industries LTD has informed BSE that the agreement is subject to the execution of definitive agreements to complete the transaction on the terms agreed upon.
