BJP takes out silent march demanding CBI inquiry
Ranchi, Dec 13 (UNI) On the fifth anniversary of Parliament attack, the Jharkhand BJP today took out a silent procession and later sent a memorandum to the President, demanding implementation of death penalty to Afzal Guru.
In the memorandum sent through Governor Syed Sibtey Razi, the BJP also sought CBI probe into the alleged accidental death of Bisa Institute of Technology student Abhishek Mishra.
Other demands included improvement of law and order situtation in state and proper security arangements in the extremist dominated areas of state.
The procession which started from Piska More and went to Rajbhawan in the state capital, was joined by state's former finance minister Raghubar Das, state party president Yadunath Pandey, party MLA C P Singh and party workers.
