Court rejects bail of RJD MP Sadhu Yadav

Patna, Dec 12 (UNI) The Special Vigilance Court today extended the Judicial remand of RJD leader Aniruddh Prasad Yadav alias Sadhu Yadav untill December 23 while rejecting his bail application in a cheating case of ownership transfer of a vehicle in his name.

Judge Muni Lal Paswan refused to grant bail to Yadav (MP), who had surrendered before the court on December 4 and since then he had been in the jail.

He was charged with cheating for transferring of ownership of a vehicle in his name in Patna district transport office although the car was registered with another name with Delhi's motor vehicle department.
