Jamnagar customs department seizes a ship from Rozi port
Jamnagar, Dec 11 (UNI) Jamnagar customs have seized a ship which had come from Karachi in Pakistan, for underdeclaration of cargo, at the Rozi port here.
The ship had declared that it was carrying 5,000 litres of diesel. However, on inspection yesterday it was found to be carrying 15,000 litres of diesel which is valued at approximately Rs 5.50 lakhs, yesterday.
The ship, which is worth more than Rs 40 lakhs, and is said to be owned by one ''Dada Saheb'' a resident of Gandhidham, official sources said.
