China humiliates India in rugby

Doha, Dec 10 (UNI) China humiliated India 41-0 in the preliminary round pool B league match of the rugby competition at the Asian Games here today.

India's inefficiency was highlighted against formidable China by its 10 missed tackles that allowed the rivals to score tries at will.

It was totally a one-sided tie with the Indians unable to tackle the Chinese fly wing. And when the Indians tried to score, their rivals effectively tackled them.

In the second session, the Indians did not require any tackling as they hardly made any raids.
