Two get 10-year-RI for rape

New Delhi, Dec 7 (UNI) A sessions court here has sentenced two men to 10-year rigorous imprisonment and slapped a fine of Rs 8,000 for raping a woman at Old Sabzi Mandi area four years ago.

The duo, Harish and Pradip, along with two other accomplices barged into house of a railway employee, and raped her on November 25, 2002.

Among the two accomplices, one was a juvenile, while the another has been declared as a proclaimed offender.

They also beat up the neighbours who tried to come to her rescue.
