TexTech acquires US-based Stratford Publishing Services

Chennai, Dec 7 (UNI) The city-based TexTech International Private Limited today announced that it had completed an asset acquisition of the US-based Stratford Publishing Services.

With the acquisition, TexTech had become one of the larger players in the Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) vertical in publishing, with a projected revenue of five million dollar for the year 2007-08.

Less than 18 months old, TexTech, promoted by Multivista Global Limited, a 20 million dollar business house engaged in the business of end-to-end print solutions and shoe manufacturing has already established a customer base across four continents.

TexTech Chief Executive Officer A V R Venkatesa said "as the industry consolidates, the Stratford acquisition gives us a strong sales and marketing presence in the largest market. Our hybrid delivery model, which combines more than 20 years of book production experience in the US with the talented workforce in India, gives our customers high quality at lower cost".
